Property in Buckinghamshire: Grant of land and tenements

Grant by John de Pulteneye, citizen of London, and Thomas de Keldesik, clerk, to John de Brocas of all their lands and tenements in Boveneye, Dorneye, and Etone which they bought from John atte Hulle, of Waletone next Kersalton; and all the messuages, with gardens and curtilages and lands pertaining in Etone and Boveneye which they had of the gift of Stephen and Richard, sons of Stephen de Abyndon, late citizen of London.

Two seals, round, 25mm, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) A small shield of arms, in a cusped square, within an elaborate cusped border. A fesse indented, in chief three (leopards' heads).
(2) The virgin and child seated between two castles, below her the top part of a praying figure, all within a cusped circle.
