Indenture of lease by Thomas Sywardushulle to John atte Lee, of 2½ acres in Stoke Pogeys with whatever is growing thereon, 1 acre in the field called le Rudyngge between the lessor's land on both sides, 1 acre in the field called le Lefeld in the cultura called Westforlong between the land of Walter Frankeleyn on both sides and ½ acre in the field called le Northcroft between the land of William Frankeleyn on one side and the lessor's land on the other. To hold till Michaelmas next and thereafter for 4 years. If within the said term the lessee, through default of warranty or acquittance, is disturbed in respect of the premises, the lessor grants them to him in perpetuity, as appears in a charter of enfeoffment now in the hands of John, rector of the church of Wexham.
