Indenture of grant by Edmund Moundefelde, clerk, Richard Surland, clerk, Robert Wodford, gentleman, George Wodward, gentleman, and William Tanner, yeoman, to Thomas Pope and Isabel, his wife, of a parcel of land in Sloughfelde alias Brekfeld in Stok Poges, containing in length from the King's way leading from Madynhithe towards London to the land of Katherine Worley on the north 13 perches 1 foot (a perch consisting of 18 feet) and in breadth by the said way from a post placed next the house of Thomas Maunce as far as the land of Katherine Worley on the west 9 perches and at the other end to the north 9 perches 5 feet, which they lately had of the grant of the said Katherine Worley, widow. Rent 3s.
