Grant by Roger son of John le Tylere, of Thynghurst, to John le Kellere, of Wycombe, of a croft enclosed by hedges and ditches in Wycumbe lying in the field of Rodemerefeld next the land sometime of Robert le Blake on the east and extending at one head on to the grove called Hechgrof and the other abutting on Chalcrofte towards the south; and 6s 4d yearly rent, to wit from the tenement of Simon Gambon 15d, from that of John le Dryvere 12d, from that of Roger le Graunger 6d, from that of William de Chalfhunte 18d, from that of John Brouzyne 12d, from that of Ralph atte Lane 13d.
