Indenture of lease for their lives by Richard Drew, of Penna, to Ralph Pew, of la Seer, and Agnes, his wife, of a messuage with a croft adjacent which William Wynter once held in Wycumbe, lying in length next the King's way leading from Penna to Wycumbe and in breadth between the land of Robert le Tyler on one side and the said King's way on the other.
Rent 4s. The lessor to find timber and tiles for the repair of the buildings.
