Quitclaim by Richard Pyke and John Pyke to Thomas Pyke, their brother, of all their right in a croft called le Stokkyn and all other lands and tenements they lately had of the grant of Thomas Pyke, their father, in la Penne.
Witnesses: John de la Penne, Richard Gregory, senior, Richard Gregory, junior, Thomas de la Penne, John Stacy, John le Irmongere, John Sparwe.
La Penne.
Two seals, round, dark greenish wax, on doubled tags.
(1) 18mm. A squirrel
(2) 13mm. Within a cusped border a shield of arms; two bars, in chief three cinquefoils.
