Indenture of grant by Thomas Austyn, of Penne, to William Austyn, his son, and Alice, his wife, daughter of Thomas Halder, of Great Hampden, of a cottage with a garden adjacent in Wycombe between the King's way leading from Mussenden towards Marlawe on the east and the land of William Saundres on the west, extending from the garden of William Hurne on the south to the King's way leading from Wycombe towards Agmondesham on the north. To them and their heirs, with remainder to the right heirs of the said Thomas.
Witnesses: Thomas Hulmed, John Culverhous, Richard Shrympton, senior, Edward Smyth, Walter Sharpe.
