Grant by John Hulmett, of Penne, Roger Culverhous, John Rane and William Sexteyne, of the same, to Cecily Aldiff, late the wife of Thomas Aldiff, of Penne, of all the lands and tenements in Penne which they lately had of the gift of the said Thomas Aldiff.
Witnesses: Gavin Penne, John Penne, John Bovyndon, tailor, Henry Chacher, Thomas Playtour.

Four seals, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Oval, 16 x 11mm, perhaps the Virgin standing with child.
(2) Octagonal, 14 x 10mm, R (or B) with a sprig on left.
(3) Oval, 13 x 10mm, I beneath a crown.
(4) Round, 13mm, A with sprig.
