Penn, Buckinghamshire: Quitclaim of land and tenements

Quitclaim by Reginald Bray, Knight, John Waleston, esquire, Richard Culverhowse alias Potter, of Penne, Richard Sexton, Roger Playter, Richard Playter, William Saunder, William Barnard, William Grove, William Herne, Thomas Bovyngdon, of the same, John Ridyng, of Chalfunt St Giles, and Thomas Sexten, of Great Wicombe, to Alexander Hylmott, of Penne, son and heir of the late John Hylmott, and John Sexten of all their right in all the lands and tenements they had jointly of the gift of Robert Clarke, of Agmondsham, in the parishes of Wicombe and Penne or elsewhere in the county of Bucks, which were late of the said John Hilmott.
Witnesses: Richard Sexten, junior, Richard Saunder, Roger Culverhouse, Thomas Pavyer, of Penne.
Eight tags for seals, five of them bearing two seals, each, two of them one seal each, all red wax, the other appearing never to have had a seal. All small seals, only one, 15 x 6mm, bears a satisfactory impression, a comb.
