Penn, Buckinghamshire: Grant of land

Grant by Alexander Hulmet, of Penne, husbandman, and Margery, his wife, to Robert Rede, of Dorney, yeoman, of a parcel of land in Penne between a lane called Stamplayne on the west and the way leading from the church of Penne to Tylersende on the north and the tenement of Thomas Daunce on the east; and 4d yearly rent issuing from the tenement of Thomas Daunce situated next the said parcel; and 2s 6d yearly rent from a tenement and parcel of meadow adjacent thereto lying between and common pasture called Tylersendegrene on the west and the tenement of Henry Dene on the east and that of John Raan on the north and the meadow of Nicholas Puttenham on the east, which rent John Freer used to pay; and 4d yearly rent which John Raan used to pay for a tenement and orchard adjacent thereto lying between Tylersendgrene on the west and the tenement late of Richard Sexten on the north and an acre called Postells Acree on the east and the tenement of John Freer on the south. They had the foregoing of the gift of Richard Founge and William Duffelde.
