Grant by Isabel Walegier (?) of Farnham, to John Perye and Maud, his wife, of a curtilage next the King's way which leads from Windsor towards Bekenesfeld on the east and the land of John Kynf on the west, extending towards the land of Edmund Edward on the north and that of John Schrobet on the south.
Witnesses: Edmund Carpenteir, William Ryot, John Smyth, Richard Phylypot, William Noreys.
Seal, round, 18mm, natural colour wax, on doubled tag. Within a square border, cusped, a shield on which no charge can now be discerned. A legend.
