Grant by John le Newe, called Somer, of Stanewelle, to Agnes, his daughter, of all his cottage with a curtilage adjacent and an acre of arable in Roddesworth in the parish of Staniwelle, the cottage and the curtilage situated between the cottage of Stephen le Muleward on one side and the land of Peter Thorkyld on the other, and one half acre lying in a place called [?P]eghelong between the land of the said Peter on both sides, and the other half acre lying in a place called Eldreue between the land of John atte More on both sides. To her and the heirs of her body, with remainder to the grantor and his heirs.
