Indenture witnessing that though Ralph atte Mulle, of Stanwell, is bound to John Cramburn in 5 marks to be paid at a certain term, as is contained in a certain bond, the said John grants that if sir John Rome, clerk, and Walter Burton and their heirs and assigns hold and peacefully enjoy all rents and services issuing from certain lands and tofts in Stanwell which they have of the grant of the said Ralph, then the bond aforesaid is to be held void.
