Appointment by John Stokes, clerk, Nicholas Wynbyssh, clerk, John Stopyndon, clerk, and Thomas Morstede, citizen and surgeon of London, of Thomas Dyer, of Eton as their attorney to deliver seisin of all lands and tenements in Stanwell and Horton which they had of the gift of John Wandeburgh, Thomas atte Mille, John Albyn, Thomas Derdaunt and Hugh Wyche by charter of 24 April 1435.
Four seals, red wax, on four tongues.
(1) Octagonal, 12 x 10mm, an eagle addorsed. Above it JHON (Stokes).
(2) Oval, 13 x 9mm, a bad impression (Wynbyssh).
(3) Round, 8mm, an eagle in flight. A legend. (Stopindon).
(4) Round, 12mm, A device. (Morstede).
