Grant by Hugh Dyer, John Samson and William Samson, clerk, to master William Westbury, Provost of Eton, of all the lands and tenements in Stanwell and Horton which they had, together with John Norfolk, now deceased, of the grant of John Stokes, Nicholas Wynbyssh, John Stopyndon and Thomas Morstede by charter of 20 November 1438.
