Grant by master William Westbury, Provost of Eton, to master Thomas Baker and master John Bonere, clerks, Richard Profyt and David Whitchurche of all his lands and tenements in Stanewell, co. Middlesex, and Horton, co. Bucks, called Mulles, which he lately had of the gift of Hugh Dyere, John Sampson and William Sampson, clerk, by charter of 11 June 1449, and which he also had afterwards by the quitclaim of John Amyas, clerk, William Knyght, Edwards Norffolke and Agnes, his wife, of fine of Hilary 1457.
Witnesses: Richard Bulstrode, esquire, master John, vicar of Stanewell, Nicholas Toller, John Benorthe, Richard Fuller. Stanewell.
Seal, round, 13mm, red wax, on doubled tag. A stag, sejant, reguardant. Above its back WEST, above that ?an acorn (?berry) on a stem.
