Quitclaim by masters Thomas Barkere and John Bonere, clerks, to Richard Profyte and David Whitchurche of all their right in all those lands and tenements in Stanewelle, co. Middlesex and Horton, co. Bucks, called Mulles, which together with the said Richard and David they had of the gift of master William Westbury, Provost of Eton.
Witnesses: Nicholas Clopton, Richard Bulstrode, Thomas Waren, Richard Fuller, Richard Canon.

Two seals, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Round, 14mm, a fleur de lys between T and B.
(2) Oval, 14 x 8mm, a draped standing figure.
