Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Thomas Jesson, of Burnham, innholder, upon surrender of a lease to Richard Banbridge, of the Swanne in Burnham. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 17s 10d and 1 bushel 2 pecks of wheat and 12 bushels 1 peck of malt or their money equivalent.

An endorsement describeds the lands as 2 acres at Dyre Ponde butting on Burnham abbey land on the south, Thomas Bavens on the west, Sir Marmaduke Darell on the east and Thomas Eyre on the north; 1 acre called Dewstrawe lying between the land of Mrs Woodforde on the north, Richard Aldrige on the south, Burnham abbey in Hitchamfeild on the west and a way leading to Lentfield on the east; the great acre in Hichamfield lying between the land of Sir William Clarke on north and south and Burnham abbey on the east; and 3 yardlands in Hichamfeild lying between the land of Burnham Abbey on the east, of the lady Garrard on the west and Sir William Clarke on the south and north.
