Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Joan Sexton, of Burnham, widow, upon surrender of a lease to Alice Jesson, of the Swanne, in Burnham. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 17s 10d, 1 bushel 2 pecks of wheat and 12 bushels 1 peck of malt, or their money equivalent.
