Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, for £7, to the Right Honorable Sir Gore Ouseley, of Hall Barn Park in the parish of Beaconsfield, baronet, of a parcel of woodland in Burnham containing 8 acres bounded on the north by a wood belonging to the lessee, on the east by a field belonging to John Stransome, on the south by a road passing by a farm belonging to the said Stransome and on the west by a wood belonging to the same, all timber trees of oak, ash and elm, with the lops, tops, bark and shreddings, together with access thereto, being reserved to the lessors.
From old Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 10s.
