Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to John Colsell, of Hitcham, co. Bucks, mealman, executor of Henry Colsell, late of Burnham, malster, upon surrender of a lease to the said Henry, of a messuage or tenement called the Rose with a garden and backside and barns, stables, kitchens, and other backrooms belonging and two acres of arable in the common fields of Burnham, one lying in Lentefeilde and the other in the field called Burnham Breache. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 17s 8d and 1½ bushels of wheat and 12 bushels 1 peck of malt or their money equivalent.
