Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Mary Howard, George Howard and Thomas Groom Howard, all of Burnham, devisees named in the will of Richard Howard, malster, deceased, and for £35 and the surrender of the foregoing, of a messuage or tenement called The Rose with a garden and backside and barns, stables, kitchens, and other backrooms belonging and two acres of arable in the common fields of Burnham, one lying in Lentefeilde and the other in the field called Burnham Breache. From old Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 17s 8d and 13 gallons 2 quarts of wheat and 110 gallons 1 quart of malt.
