Grant by Alexander Carselake, called le Daye, of Cippenham, to Richard le Daye, called atte Welle, of the same, and Margery, his wife, of a cottage with a curtilage adjacent in Cippenham at le Eldefelde between a cottage of John de Cippenham on the north and a paddock (garstona) of Edmund atte Aldre called Dirygarston on the south and the land of John Colewelle on the east and the common called le Eldefeld on the west. For their lives with remainder to Alice atte Grove, daughter of the said Margery, and John and Alice, son and daughter of the said Alice, with remainder to the right heirs of the said Richard.
