Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Peter Style, of Sippenham, gentleman, one of the executors and a legatee of his late father, Peter Style, deceased, upon surrender of a lease to the latter, of the mansion house and lands in Cippenham. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 22s 1d and 1 bushel 2 pecks of wheat and 2 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent.
