Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Anne Mason, of Britwell, in Burnham, spinster, daughter and devisee under the will of Edmund Mason, late of Cyppenham, esquire, deceased, Edmund Mason of Britwell, gentleman, and Robert Holmes, of Great Coram Street, London, esquire, trustees of the will of the late Elizabbeth Mason, wife of the said Edmund Mason, deceased, for £63 15s, of the mansion house and lands of Cippenham. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 22s 1d and 13 gallons 2 quarts of wheat and 144 gallons of malt, together with £2 6s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
