Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College upon surrender of the foregoing, to John Urlyan, yeoman, of Poughleys, and Julian Urlyan, his mother, son and widow of Walter Urlyan, of the farm called Poughleyes in Stoke Poges, except all woods and underwoods. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £3 10s and 2 quarters of wheat and 6 quarters of malt.
