Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Whishaw, of St Andrew's Holborn, gentleman, and Richard Whishaw, of the same, gentleman, of the farm called Poughleyes in Stoke Poges, upon surrender of a lease to the said John and Richard Whitshaw and to Thomas Gery, esquire, (grandson of William Cave, late canon of St George's Windsor, deceased) who is a party to this indenture. From Lady day last for 20 years. Rent £3 10s and 2 quarters of wheat and 6 quarters of malt, also two loads of good wheat straw and 12 wether sheep or their money value, each carcase to weigh 44 lbs.
