Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Jackson, of Great Queen Street near Lincoln's Inn Fields, esquire, upon surrender of the foregoing, of the farm called Poughleyes in Stoke Poges. From Lady day last for 20 years. Rent £3 10s and 2 quarters of wheat and 6 quarters of malt, also two loads of good wheat straw and 12 wether sheep or their money value, each carcase to weigh 44 lbs.

Seal, oval, 21 x 18mm, red wax, applied. Armorial, sable, an escutcheon, quarterly, first and fourth three (?) shovellers, second and third, a cross flory between four mullets pierced (?). Crest an eagle.
