Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Charlotte Jackson, of Bath, upon surrender of the foregoing, of the farm called Poughleyes in Stoke Poges. A schedule describes the acreage in Stoke Poges and in Boveney parishes. From Lady day last for 20 years. Rent £3 10s and 144 gallons of wheat and 432 gallons of malt, also two loads of good wheat straw and 12 wether sheep or their money value, each carcase to weigh 44 lbs, together with £19 4s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
