Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Reverend Charles Jackson, of St John's College, Oxford, esquire, and Edward Nares Henning, of Long Sutton, co. Somerset, clerk, for £256 15s 7d, upon surrender of the foregoing lease, of the farm at Poughleyes in Stoke Poges. From old lady day next for 20 years. Rent £3 10s and 144 gallons of wheat and 432 gallons of malt, also two loads of good wheat straw and 12 wether sheep or their money value, each carcase to weigh 44 lbs, together with £19 4s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
