Legal opinion of A. Moore, 8 King's Bench Walk, that Eton College is not intended to be included in the words "feoffees or trustees of any charity lands or school lands" used in stat. 41 Geo III c. 109 s. 31. The question asked in connection with the College's ability to sell lands in order to pay its proportion of the costs of the 1810 Act for inclosing lands in Stoke Poges and Wexham, co. Bucks, where the College owns a farm and lands called Ploughleys.
