Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to John Goodwyn, of Lambeth, co. Surrey, gentleman, upon surrender of the foregoing, for the farm called Aldifes. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 48s 11½d and 14 bushels 3 pecks of wheat and 2 quarters 3 bushels 2 pecks of malt, or their money equivalent.
