Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Ambrose Frewen, citizen and clothworker of London, upon surrender of the foregoing, for the farm called Aldifes. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 48s 11½d and 14 bushels 3 pecks of wheat and 2 quarters 3 bushels 2 pecks of malt, or their money equivalent.
