Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Temple, of London, esquire, upon surrender of the foregoing, of a tenement called Morwents with a tylehowse and a tile kylne therin with a garden and croft adjoining in the parish of Wickham, with other three closes or pittles in the same parish called Well Crofte, Cabells and Hogges Whytes, in the same parish, and also a close at Tilers grove called Hopkins in the parish of Penn. From Michaelmas last for 21 years.
Rent 20s 6d and 6 bushels 1 peck of wheat and 1 quarter of malt, or their money equivalent.
