Letters Patent appointing John Kette, clerk, and William Lynde attorneys to take seisin from Alice, late the wife of John Houesworth, and Margaret, late the wife of John Water, of the moiety of a curtilage lying in Eton between a tenement sometime of Walter Clay on the south and a tenement of Thomas Goodgrome on the north, 80 feet in length and 24 feet in breadth, extending from the King's way leading through the middle of Eton towards the College.
