Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Richard Moncke, of Iver, gentleman, of a messuage and tenement in Maydenheade, now or late held by John Randole, and three messuages and tenements, now or late held by George Goodrycke, Stephen Cade and John Butler, in Hedgley or Farnam and a tenement and 3 acres in Farneham, now or late held by Thomas Baker, and a tenement and 2½ acres in Langley Marishe, now or late held by Thomas Hodden, and a capital messuage in Iver, now or late held by John Dorset, except all woods and underwoods. From Michaelmas last for 40 years. Rent £3 and 18 quarters of oats.
