Appointment by William Daie, Provost, Mathew Page, John Barker, John Wells, Baldwyn Collyns, William Smith and Mathew Bust, clerks, of Bartholomew Wriglesworth and John Wale as their attorneys to take possession of an orchard and little parcel of meadow or pasture in Eton which they lately bought from John Trevylyan, the elder, and Peter, his son, and to seal an indenture of this date leasing the same to Richard Payne, of Eton, for three years from Lady Day last.
