Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a lease to Thomas Dickenson, to John Clavering, one of the fellows, of a messuage with a backside and garden adjoining in Eton, between the tenement wherein late John Bell dwelled on the north and a tenement newly built by the said Bell on the south, the messuage being late held by William Smyth, clerk. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 21s 8d.
