Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to Jane Goade, of New Windsor, widow, upon surrender of a lease to Samuel Collens, fellow of King's College, Cambridge, of parcels of ground called Hilfeild, Shipcoatefeild and Lee, with a meadow by it, and a croft called Culverhoswe croft, Dennefild, and Bugbridge croft, except timber, in Hitchendon or Wickham, co. Bucks. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d and 4 bushels of wheat and 2 quarters of malt or their money equivalent.
