Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and Fellows, to Richard Flude, of Eton, tailor, upon surrender of a lease to Edward Jobson, of a messuage with backside and garden in Eton between a tenement of the College called the Cock, wherein William Charman dwells on the north, and a tenement called Christopher, wherein John Kinge dwells on the south, the premises now being in the occupation of the lessee. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 40s.
