Letters patent granting in frankalmoign to the Provost and College, the remainder of a weir in the Thames called Hornedwere, with the fishery thereof and all other profits, after the death of John Birkyn, who holds the same by letters patent.
Westminster.
The Great Seal, green wax, on plaited green and blue silk cords. A good impression slightly chipped at edges.

The initial letters on the top line have not been filled in.
