Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and Fellows, to William Foster, Olde Windsor, yeoman, of Horne Waire otherwise called Coxe Waire, like as one William Coke late held it, and an eight called Gellyams eight lying against the King's slaughter house at New Windsor. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 4 quarters of malt and 10s at Michaelmas and 36s 8d at Lady day.
