Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and Fellows, to Richard Barringer, of Iver, gentleman, of Horne Waire otherwise called Coxe Waire, and an eight called Gellyams eight lying against the King's slaughter house at New Windsor. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 44s 2d and 13½ bushels of wheat and 2 quarters 2 bushels of malt or their money equivalent.
