Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Nicholas Butler and Richard Hill, of Eaton, of a weir with an eight and a house thereon, with the fishing, in the Thames near Eaton called Bullock's Locke or Bullock's Wayre, as Mr Tudwaye lately held the same; and a close in Eaton between the King's stables there on the south and a close of lord Windsor on the north; and the wharf of Eaton College as it is appointed out with a ditch, with free access, so that at all times be left a convenient footbridge or stile for the Provost and Fellows to walk through the wharf.
From Michaelmas next for 25 years. Rent 5 quarters of malt or its money equivalent and £4 5s.

Two seals, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Oval, 15 x 12mm, W.D. above a star (Hill).
(2) Round, 10mm, H.N. or N.H. (Butler).
