Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to William Woolhouse, of Egham, soap boiler, upon surrender of the foregoing, of a close of meadow or pasture in Eton between the premises heretofore the King's stables on the south and a close of meadow or pasture belonging to John Penn, esquire, on the north, abutting on the Thames on the east and on the town of Eton on the west, containing 1 acre 3 roods 5 perches as the same was staked and set out upon the sale of 22 perches part thereof to the said Woolhouse as set out in a plan, and a weir in an eyott etc as before. From old Lady day 1802 for 20 years. Rent 33s 5d and 36 gallons of wheat and 193 gallons 5 quarts of malt of their money equivalent and £1 in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
