Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Breach, of Eton, basketmaker, of all that Rod Eyott with a messuage and sheds erected thereon, known by the name of Black Potts, heretofore Bullocks Lock, together with all those rod eyotts adjoining the said house eyott, containing 3 acres, situated in the Thames near Eton and formerly in the occupation of William Woolhouse, deceased, and since of Charles Carter, deceased, and lately of James Carter, together with the fishing appertaining; also the eyott called the Wharf Eyott, containing 1½ acres, with all the fishery thereto appertaining as lately held by James Carter. From old Lady day last for 14 years. Rent £20 6s 8d and 13s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
