Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to George Sexton, of Eton, maltster, of the same, of a messuage or tenement with the backside and garden adjoining in Eton, together with a close and croft called Hoggeclose, late in the tenure of Thomas Payne, (Hoggclose, between the Thames and that land of Andrew Windsor, esquire, deceased, sometime in the tenure of John Bell, deceased). From St John the Baptist's day last for 21 years. Rent 35s 2d and 3 quarters of malt and 3 bushels 1 gallon of wheat or their money equivalent.
