Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Ramsbottom, the elder, of New Windsor, esquire, for £100 and the surrender of the foregoing lease, of Hog Close. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 35s 2d and 288 gallons of malt or its money equivalent, together, with £2 5s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.

Seal, octagonal, 20 x 17mm, red wax, applied. Armorial, per pale, argent on a fesse azure invected, between ten pellets, three ?, argent two bends sable. A crest.
