Indenture of grant by William Waynflete, Provost, and the College of Eton, to Thomas Bekynton, archdeacon of Buckingham, and his successors of a yearly rent or payment of 5s, with bond in 20d for each payment, in indemnity for the erection of the parish church of Eton into a collegiate church. Given at Eton College.
Seal, red wax, on green cords, of Thomas Bekynton. 58 x 38 mm. The Virgin and Child in a Gothic niche with carved canopy and tabernacle work at sides; below, a shield of arms, on a fesse between three bucks' heads cabossed in chief and in base as many pheons, an annulet.
