Grant in frankalmoign to the Provost and College of Eton and the Provost and Scholars of the Royal College of St Mary and St Nicholas of Cambridge [King's College] of the donation and collation of the wardenship of the hall called the Kingeshalle in the University of Cambridge and the donation presentation and collation of all scholars of the said hall, the gift of the wardenship to take effect after the death or vacation of Richard Caudray, clerk, now warden, the said rights to be exercised as shall be determined upon between the two. Given at Westminster by the King.
